Online Health provider BLS Part 1

The Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers (HCP) Online Part 1 offers a flexible training option for busy healthcare professionals. Students first complete online lessons through a series of self-paced modules. Students answer short multiple-choice questions within case-based scenarios, and receive feedback based on their answers to proceed through 10 critical checkpoints. To reinforce the CPR sequences taught in the course, students can access 21 optional review sections, including 17 videos from the BLS for Healthcare Providers classroom video. Course requires 90 minutes to complete Part 1.  Additional time required (30 minutes minimum) for skills practice and skills testing (Parts 2 and 3).  Go to http://www.onlineaha.org/ to enroll in an AHA Online PART 1.

Online HeartCode BLS Part 1

HeartCode BLS Part 1 uses eSimulation technology that allows students to “virtually treat" adult and infant sudden cardiac arrest patients. Following two interactive simulated cases, students receive step-by-step feedback through debriefing that educates them on correct and incorrect actions. This course also includes online BLS lessons where students learn the BLS algorithm through interaction and mini-games. Go to http://www.onlineaha.org/ to enroll in an AHA Online PART 1.
